HR Assistant - Manchester

We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join the friendly team in our Manchester office.

The primary responsibilities for this role will be to coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of new employees for the UK business and to provide general HR support. The main duties are as follows:

  • Coordinate the placement of recruitment adverts
  • Monitor careers inbox and process applications
  • Act as an initial point of contact for recruitment agencies
  • Coordinate interview arrangements
  • Generate employment offers and contracts
  • New joiner administration
  • Make arrangements for employee induction
  • Follow up on outstanding new joiner requirements
  • Provide support on general HR administration and HR projects as required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and/or qualifications relevant to the role, strong organisational and communication skills, initiative and a genuine interest in a career in Human Resources.

Associate Membership of CIPD is preferred.
