SYSTRA is the world-leading rail engineering firm. We help governments and promoters of urban transport and rail projects throughout the world make their plans reality. Our engineers are talented, they have worked on many of the world’s most complex and challenging light-rail, metro, conventional rail and high-speed rail projects.

We work closely with our clients to deliver on time and within budget. SYSTRA was a founding partner of the project management and engineering team Rail Link Engineering which delivered Britain’s first high-speed line, HS1. Today we make up one third of the project management team for London’s Crossrail Central. 

We are renowned globally for our knowledge and expertise of 'all things' rail. Our experts developed the French TGV system making high-speed rail an area of expertise that we have actively honed and promoted ever since. SYSTRA has designed, built and advised on 25 high-speed rail projects throughout the world including Taiwan, Seoul, Beijing, London, Lyon and Lisbon.

For 20-years SYSTRA has been leading the resurgence of light-rail throughout the world, we have worked on projects in Dubai, Shanghai, Casablanca, Algiers, Marseilles, Nantes and Geneva.
